When are member events held?

Member events are posted in the Community App, where you can view the full schedule, RSVP, and see what’s coming up. Regular events include our twice-monthly Makers & Minds creative meetups, monthly evening Office Hours for case discussion and connection, quarterly networking gatherings, and member-created events submitted through the app.

Can I upgrade from Virtual Office to an in-person tier later?

Definitely. You can transition from a Virtual Office membership to any in-person tier at any time. We'll make the switch at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do I have to be a licensed clinician to join BrainBridge Collective?

No. While many members are mental-health professionals, BrainBridge Collective is designed as a multidisciplinary space. We welcome neurologists, coaches, OT/PT, dietitians, psychiatrists, NP/PT, creators, and wellness-aligned professionals. If you’re unsure whether your work fits, reach out. If your practice helps people thrive, you likely belong here.

What are the building’s hours?

The space is open to members from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday. If you’d like to use the space outside standard hours, reach out, we’re happy to discuss options.

How far in advance can I book rooms?

Booking windows depend on your membership tier, but all members can reserve rooms through the online system. Most reservations can be made several weeks in advance to help you plan your caseload.

Do I need a membership to rent a private office?

Yes. Private office reservations are for members only. This ensures consistent availability, quality, and community alignment within the space.

Can cancel my membership if needed?

You may cancel your membership at any time. Billing renews monthly, so cancellations apply to the next month.

If you return within 3 months, a $75 reactivation fee applies.

This policy helps us plan for current members’ needs and ensure we have enough space and resources available. A little predictability helps keep the community running smoothly while still welcoming members back when they’re ready.

Can I change my membership tier later?

Absolutely! You can move up or down a tier at any time—just let us know before your next billing cycle so we can make the adjustment.

Can members host workshops or groups in the space?

Absolutely! Members are welcome to host workshops, groups, and small events in our designated spaces. For larger events or weekend use of the conference room and lounge, just send us a message through the member portal. We’re happy to help coordinate!
