Members choose exactly how different types of mail are handled, including:

• Advertisements and marketing mail

• Standard business mail

• Packages

For each category, you can select whether items are:

• We scan all mail envelopes and securely shred the originals after 4 weeks. If you’d like a specific envelope forwarded, just let us know during that window.

• Held for pickup

• Forwarded to you

Mail Forwarding (Optional Add-On)

Mail forwarding is available for an additional fee based on your preferred method.

• You choose when mail is forwarded (on demand or scheduled)

• If forwarding is enabled and no custom preference is selected, we default to:

  • One Priority Mail envelope per month containing all accumulated mail

• Alternate schedules or shipping methods can be arranged upon request

Simple Setup & Identity Verification

Sign up today and your account will briefly pause while we verify your identity for compliance.

After verification, your account is activated. We’ll schedule a short video call to complete USPS Form 1583 (normally a notarized form). Your account cannot receive mail until this step is complete.
